Nova Asse-Mollem

Bringing two clubs into one clear organisation
Asse-Mollem

The challenge

When Asse-Zellik 2002 and Juvé Mollem VW decided to merge, both clubs faced the same challenges. The commitment of volunteers, coaches, parents, and sponsors remained strong, but the organisation itself became increasingly complex. More administration, rising costs, and the need for a more professional approach made it clear that change was necessary.
The merger created new opportunities, but also introduced additional complexity. The club had to bring together two operations, organise teams across multiple locations, and structure a growing number of members. This required clear decisions and a central way of working.

The solution

From the start, Nova Asse-Mollem chose to work with one central platform to support the entire club operation. With PSD, the club now manages administration, communication, and sporting follow-up in a single system.
The club handles membership management and fees through the platform, while also centralising planning and communication. Coaches track player development, register evaluations, and share feedback. In addition, the club uses PSD for scouting and talent identification. Everyone works with the same information, creating greater clarity and consistency across the club.

The result

Today, Nova Asse-Mollem has around 40 teams and approximately 450 players. Thanks to one central platform, the club manages its operations far more efficiently and with greater clarity.

Communication now follows one clear structure instead of being spread across multiple channels. Coaches work with more guidance, players follow a clear development pathway, and parents can easily find the information they need.
With the ambition to become the leading development club in the Greater Asse region, the club continues to invest in further professionalisation. PSD supports this growth and helps keep the organisation scalable and well structured.
