Rebuilding a unified structure after a historic merger

The Challenge

When Royal Eendracht Aalst-Lede launched its new sporting project in 2024, the club had to rebuild its entire structure after the former Eendracht Aalst collapsed. With a fresh start came the need for one central system to organise information, align staff and support the long-term ambitions of the new organisation.

The Solution

Because both clubs had already worked with PSD, implementation was seamless. PSD now connects all key processes across the academy and the first team: planning, scouting, recruitment, evaluations, medical monitoring and communication all flow through one shared platform. Staff members finally work with the same information, improving consistency and reducing the scattered spreadsheets that once slowed the club down.

The Result

With a five-season plan to reach the highest amateur level, Eendracht Aalst-Lede uses PSD to monitor progression closely and ensure structured player development from U7 to the senior squad. The intuitive workflows make it easy for coaches, scouts and medical staff to provide reliable input, a crucial foundation for quality follow-up.

“PSD has become the organisational engine of our club, helping us manage individual development, scouting and planning from U7 to the first team.”
