The Challenge

Before using PSD, KV Kortrijk worked with separate documents, individual coach files, and scattered video analysis. Tracking progress across age groups was time-consuming, and comparing player data was difficult.

The Result

Now, every player has one connected profile. Physical test results (speed, endurance, jump power) are measured several times per year and instantly compared with internal benchmarks. Coaches analyse footage from the academy’s fixed camera system and attach clips directly to each player’s profile, making follow-up clearer and more consistent.

PSD also supports the club’s unique philosophy: no fixed positions in younger age groups, full positional development only from U15 onward, and personalised plans built together with players, parents, and coaches. All insights now flow through the same system, ensuring alignment as players move through the academy.
